The Community Alliance of the Far Eastside and the City of Lawrence are hosting an Employment & Resource Fair at the Far East Side Neighborhood Center on October 5th from 4:30p-6:30p.

The goal of this event is to provide resources such as mental health counseling, medical insurance as well as opportunities for employment with over 30 companies/organizations who are currently hiring for positions. These positions vary from no experience/willing to train up to requiring a college degree. Those who benefit are anyone who is unemployed or looking to find other streams of employment. Those who are interested in pursuing other career goals would also benefit from this opportunity.
