Farm Aid celebrates it’s 40th anniversary this year, and one of the founding members is giving fans an incredible audio treat. Willie Nelson teamed up with Steve Perry for a beautiful duet of ‘Faithfully’. I’ve watched and listened to this video below a few times this morning, and honestly I think one of Willie Nelson’s best covers, ever. ‘Faithfully’ was already a slow and emotional song, but this version is even slower (if that was possible) and the lyrics just seem to stand out and speak to ya. The animated video is also perfect for this duet. All proceeds from this rendition of ‘Faithfully’ will go to Farm Aid, supporting U.S. farmers.
