Seriously though, not funny, a guy on a horse got brutally clotheslined by a highway sign in Texas.

There aren’t a ton of details, but it folks are thinking he was part of the Houston rodeo’s annual “Pony Express” event, where they deliver invitations to state officials on horseback.
