One man’s trash is another man’s…awesome Christmas light display! A teenager in New York is getting A LOT of attention for his beautiful Christmas display, that used to be garbage. FOX 5 reports that Andrew Reid is behind the idea of refurbishing old, worn out and even broken Christmas decorations. He brings them back to life by fixing them instead of leaving them in a landfill. In the news report below, Andrew talks about how he likes tinkering with things and that’s how it all started. Even cooler, he’s encouraging others to bring their broken decorations or even ornaments to add to the growing display. He’s also accepting donations that go to helping children dealing with illnesses.
