When I was a kid, trick-or-treating meant roaming the neighborhood with my parents, filling up my bag with sweet treats. There were very few Halloween decorations back in the late 70s and early 80s. Maybe a pumpkin on someone’s front porch or some cardboard decoration on their front door. Flashforward to today: Halloween decorations are a BILLION dollar industry! Both in retail stores and online, you can find 20 foot tall inflatable monsters and thousands of creepy decorations to bring your yard and home to life!
