Pretty bizarre.

A mysterious black ring appeared in the sky in Virginia on Tuesday, and naturally, some people freaked out!

Some thought it could be aliens . . . some thought it could be some kind of ominous S.O.S. signal . . . and some thought it could be a portal to another dimension.

A bunch of people caught photos of it, and a local news outlet tried to “investigate” the black ring, but as far as I know, at this point, they haven’t figured out what caused it.

Some are saying it’s a “smoke ring”. That could be caused by an explosion through something round like a smoke stack. I guess they can also be caused by diesel engines and some fireworks or pyrotechnics.
