The the inductees for the Class of 2024 for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame are….well, we’re just about to find out. In partnership with American Idol, the finalists will be announced live this Sunday April 21st at 8:00 p.m. ET on ABC.
Topping the ‘Fan Vote’ are Ozzy, Peter Frampton, Cher, Foreigner and Dave Matthews Band. Voting is closed, but fans of Dave will be pleased to know that he led the vote! He certainly has proven his rock and roll worth and we’ll see if he makes the cut for this year’s class. Other entertainers that were nominated include, Kool & the Gang, Mariah Carey, Sinead O’Connor, Jane’s Addiction, Oasis, Mary J Blige, A Tribe Called Quest and Sade. Quite the diverse group. The actual ceremony will air on ABC and Disney+ later this year.
