1) The “check engine” light.

2) The co-worker who actually brings their kid to work on “Take Your Kid To Work Day”.

3) Destination weddings.

4) Screwing up the address AFTER you put the stamp on the envelope

5) Clipping your dog’s nails

Honorable mention: Sandwiches that explode from the back when you bite into them, that first gray hair, and adults who shove kids out of the way to catch a foul ball at a baseball game.
