Rest. Steven Tyler’s vocal cords need rest. Aerosmith’s frontman shared with fans that he’s under doctor’s orders to give his pipes a rest after damaging them this past weekend at a show in New York. He described it as ‘subsequent bleeding’ (OUCH!) and obviously doesn’t want to make it worse. At 75, Steven has pushed his voice to it’s limits. The guy doesn’t hold back! So it’s not surprising that there’s some wear and tear on his vocal cords. Here’s to hoping that some rest will allow Tyler and the band to perform in Indy next month, Oct 29th. We’ll keep you up to date with the very latest if this show gets postponed.
