OK, we all make mistakes at work every now and then……sometimes they’re little mistakes, and sometimes they’re huge mistakes. This error at work fits into the category of the latter……..

A mom ordered a creepy Halloween decoration for her son that was supposed to be a blow-up mannequin that you wrap in a garbage bag and wrap in duct tape. Yeah, pretty creepy…..it looks like a body in your yard or a body hanging from your tree……

When she received the decoration, she got the garbage bag, the silver duct tape, string, and uh……well, someone “goofed” when it came to the blow-up mannequin! She actually received a sex doll by mistake! Oooops! The company made it right, but how embarrassing!
