Think back to the ‘lockdown’ at the start of the COVID pandemic. Many worked from home, kids learned remotely, we didn’t go out to concerts or festivals. We were, ‘caged’. Looks like that downtime gave Billy Idol an idea for this new single which will appear on his upcoming EP, ‘The Cage’ due out next month, according to Ultimate Classic Rock. ‘Cage’, as you’ll hear below, has more of a hard rock sound then we’re typically accustomed to with Billy. It sounds really good, especially since it’s true! As Billy is set to turn 67 this November, he proves he still has the chops for rock!
