Newly engaged again couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez need to find a new mansion to celebrate their nuptials and live happily ever after.

Bennifer’s $55 million love nest, which the couple reportedly inked a deal to purchase in March, fell out of escrow. Now what’s a super A list couple to do? Well reportedly Ben and J-Lo are now checking out, one of, if not Theee most exclusive estates in a ritzy L.A. neighborhood. The property features a whopping 123 rooms (14 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, hair salon, movie theater and other wow factors) once belonged to Hollywood producer and media mogul Aaron Spelling.

The Spelling Manor is listed at $165 million, just a tad over what Bennifer would have paid for the Bel Air property. Lopez announced Affleck proposed to her while she was taking a bubble bath and with an engagement ring featuring her “lucky color” green.
