John Mellencamp mentioned recently that he saw a football game and all the fans were singing his tune “Jack and Diane”, and he wondered how they knew the tune after 40 years?

Well, two things: First off: We JAM to Jack and Diane at Colt’s games! Blue, the Colt’s mascot, does the drum riff…..kicks over the drums…..and the fans flat out rock to the tune! It’s very cool!

Secondly: The song is a flat-out classic! An awesome tune!

But did you know John Mellencamp himself was NOT a fan of the song? Not until recently…….
