A new documentary about Tom Petty will have its world premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival. It will be virtual this year and run March 16th through the 20th.

 

The film which is called \”Tom Petty, Somewhere You Feel Free\” is the centerpiece of the festival and is described as an \”intimate view\” of the late rock icon working on his 1994 record \”Wildflowers\” and it\’s directed by Mary Wharton.
