I wanna be THIS guy\’s next door neighbor! John Ivers of Knox county built \’The Blue Flash\’, a homemade roller coaster right in his backyard years ago, and now has created a new, smaller version. Something you don\’t see everyday. WTHR interviewed John and learned more about his unique attraction. What I love about this story is that John didn\’t have any previous experience as an engineer, and it\’s kind of a \’Field Of Dreams\’ story. \”If you build it, they will come\”…and his grandkids and neighbors love it! John\’s coasters have been featured on national TV shows. This is AWESOME!!
