Legal trouble looming for the guys of Aerosmith. Their drummer, Joey Kramer claims he is being excluded from the band he\’s been a part of for 50 YEARS. Last year, Joey injured his shoulder and had to take some time off. But before returning to the drums, he was required to AUDITION?! So as of right now, we won\’t be seeing him perform with Aerosmith at The Grammy\’s this Sunday (01/26).  As the saying goes, there are two sides to every story.
