Music.  It\’s mostly used for entertainment.  But, it can be used for other things, for example:  Police sometimes blast music to get convicts to surrender.  Yeah, nothing like Billy Ray Cyrus\’s \”Achy Breaky Heart\” to get you to come out and give up…haha!
