“Clown Free” Birthdays: Burger King’s Latest Shot At McDonald’s!

According to a recent survey, 42% of Americans are afraid of clowns, and Burger King is banking on that fear of clowns for their latest advertising campaign against rival fast food chain McDonald\’s.  

The campaign offers \”clown-free\” birthday parties, and all the ads show throwback pictures of children who look like they would rather be anywhere else than with the birthday clown.  Go to ADWEEK to see the photos and see what you think!
