Yes or BS? World’s Largest Pancake Was Over 49 Feet Across?

It\’s \”National Pancake Day\”, and to celebrate Stu will be chowing down on some flapjacks in the studio and talk about pancakes with \”Yes\” or \”BS\”…..

The statement today:  The word \”flapjack\” comes from a bakery owner in the 1600\’s named Jack Flapper.

And, no, Stu made that up….the word flapjack is just British slang, and the \”flap\” part describes the flipping of the pancake.

Some more fun facts about pancakes:

  1.  The largest pancake ever made was 49 feet across….it weighed 6,600 pounds, and they had to use a crane to flip it.
  2.   The most expensive pancake cost about $980.00
