Thrillist.com searched our adventurous country to find out what disgusting dish each state loves to chow down on. I’m pretty sure Indiana is at the top of the list, claiming that we love Brain Sandwiches. Uh, excuse me? Cow brain sandwiches apparently are a hot menu item at Evansville eateries, and other southern Indiana cities. Now I was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana, and have never heard of cow or pig brain sandwiches! How have I missed out on this unusual deep fried treat?
