You probably wouldn’t expect some of the best wine in the world to cost $6, let alone be on the shelf at Wal-Mart.. but, Decanter World Wine Awards just named La Moneda Reserva’s Malbec, a wine sold at Wal-Mart, as its Platinum Best in Show.
