Nikki was born and raised in the midwest and settled in Indianapolis in the mid 90’s and has been a staple to Indy audiences for nearly 20 years. She has loved “Growing up” along-side her audience. Some things over the years have changed, but in most cases, many remain the same. She was happy to answer some of our lame questions…

Q & A with Nikki

What’s your sign?
I’m a tried and true Gemini by all standards!

What is your favorite Holiday?
I would say since I’m mostly Irish, I enjoy St. Patty’s Day, but I also like the 4th of July…It’s usually warm and I’m a huge fan of fireworks.

What is your favorite movie?
I definitely have two favorites…”Silence of the Lambs” is brilliant and “Rocky” will get me pumped every time.

Tell me a fun fact about yourself.
I’m not sure how “fun” it is, but I have never missed an episode of “The Bachelor”, “The Amazing Race”, or “Survivor”. True.

How about a little known fact about yourself.
I’ve had 17 surgeries. I’m clumsy! Not one of those was a plastic or cosmetic surgery. I’m serious, I’m just very clumsy.

What is your favorite TV Show?
I love “Modern Family” and my newest favorite is “The Following”. I like fun and twisted.

Who is your favorite author?
When I read it’s usually for escape, so I love Patricia Cornwell. I think Dr. Kay Scarpetta is my alter-ego

Rum, Vodka, Beer, or Wine?
YES!

What is something weird that you like?
I’m not sure why, but I love putting on new socks.

Where can you be found when traveling?
Either in Vegas with my mom or somewhere with my feet in the sand.

What are your favorite sporting events?
The Super Bowl, The Kentucky Derby and March Madness.

I’m living my dream job right now!
