A real estate firm in Maryland named St. John Properties shocked their 198 employees with bonuses this year.  At their recent holiday party, the founder gave everyone a red envelope and then told them they would all be sharing a $10,000,000 pool of money based on how many years they\’ve been with the company.  The average person received $50,000, and some even getting as much as $250,000!
