Dorothy Feagin died nearly 20 years ago.  But, when her family saw a photo of a casket, with her name on it, at the site of a home renovation recently, it sparked a police investigation. 

Needless to say, the casket was opened and the discovery was shocking!  No human remains!  Just dog remains and even a dog skull!
