The pair were actually at one of their other restaurants—Oca in Carmel. Not sure if the episode will air again or when. But, if you have On Demand or Hulu, you might be able to catch it there.
According to Indianapolis Monthly, the Smoking Goose recently one at the Good Food Awards in San Francisco. Their Coppa and Culatella di Dorman salumi took home top prizes in the charcuterie category.
