I saw this story come across our daily prep sheets and thought “no way”….gotta be a joke.

But the story is right down my alley….you know, bizarre and “way out there”…so, of course I hit up google and it’s absolutely true!  

Marathon organizers in Taiwan actually hired an actress to portray a ghost and hang out on the course for one simple reason:  Scare the participants into running faster!

The “ghost” not only shocked and scared people, but she also encouraged them.  

I think she looked a lot like the ghost in the movie “The Grudge”…..
