Heroes don’t always wear capes.
Case in point:
A wedding was taking place outside in Bedford, England recently by a nearby river.
It was a pretty windy day, and the bride’s veil was blown off by a gust of wind, and, you guessed it, it went right in the river!
Luckily there were members of a rowing team out on the lake, and they used their oars to keep it from sinking.
Eventually, the rowers were able to “fish out” the veil and return it to the wedding party. It was a tad bit soggy, but the bride was stoked!
