I don’t know about your dog(s), but my dog has zero survival instinct.
My dog’s a lab, so, she thinks everybody and everything should be her best buddy! I mean, she would walk up to a bear or a tiger just to say “Hello”.
And a gal in Montana has three dogs just like mine. No common sense. No idea when they are in danger. They just stand around and take in the view.
Her dogs were being attacked by a moose! A full grown moose can weigh up to 850-1,500 pounds!
Anyway, she did her best to “spook” the moose away, and even ran to get some bear spray to deter the huge moose!
