Yikes!
Never heard this before, but a Guns N’ Roses song was used as evidence in a murder trail back in 2006!
Here’s the story:
Justin and April Barber were walking on the beach in 2002 when April was killed and Justin was injured in a supposed robbery attempt.
But as police investigated the case, Justin became the primary suspect as evidence kept pointing to him as the perpetrator.
And during his trail in 2026, the prosecution highlighted Justin’s download of a particular Guns N’ Roses song on the day of the murder, and they believed this action showed that this was a premeditated act.
Was it premeditated? Was he found guilty? What was the song?
