What do you get when you mix real stories of music, medicine and theater? A very unique, local musical called, ‘EMERGENCY The Musical’. It was created by a local E.R. physician, Jeff Foy, MD and his son, Jacob, who is a musical composer. The musical is made up of a very talented cast of actors from IU and Ball State graduates as well as others from New York and California. Award winning Broadway director/choreographer, Jeff Whiting, will direct the show at the Tarkington this month. I talked with Dr. Foy and Jacob about how they came up with the musical and what fans can expect. See my interview below. The show looks like it’s gonna be great!
