When it comes to Star Wars memorabilia, imagine owning the original lightsaber that Mark Hamil used in ‘Empire Strikes Back’! It recently sold at auction for $3,750,000!! That set a new record for Star Wars movie props. The light saber that Darth Vader used also fetched quite a bit of money last year, $3.65 MILLION! That is insane money for a movie prop! But it’s not the highest selling prop of all time. That honor belongs to the famous ruby slippers that Judy Garlin wore in ‘The Wizard of Oz’, selling for $28,000,000 in 2024~
