An 84-year-old man in Florida is suing Waffle House for tripping over a curb and sustained injuries.

Here’s the scoop: Supposedly, he got distracted by their Strawberry Shortcake Waffle advertisement poster on the window, and fell over the curb.
He’s going to be okay, but his lawyer says he suffered some “sever and permanent injuries!
The lawsuit accuses Waffle House of “increasing the risk of harm beyond ordinary conditions, by prioritizing marketing and visual appeal over pedestrian safety.”
