But apparently, some folks are working out to process, release, and channel intense emotions like anger or frustration.
These type of workouts are called “Rage Workouts”! And they are for real and they are high-intensity physical activities! You know like: Hitting, punching, and banging things with loud music playing in the background.
These workouts can include the use of medicine balls, a wall ball, drumsticks, battle ropes, a punching bag, an old tire, and even a sledgehammer!
