“You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch!!” That song came to mind as I saw the video below of a GROWN ADULT, going after a home run ball and snatching it away from a CHILD! This happened recently during a matchup with the Tampa Bay Rays and Cleveland Guardians. A home run is hit and as the camera zooms in, we see an adult man going after the ball. Perfectly fine, I’m a baseball fan too and I’d love to grab a cool souvenir like this! BUT, as you’ll see in the video below, a sweet girl, who’s a Guardian’s fan goes for the same ball. The right thing to do is to let the CHILD have the ball, right? Nope! Not according to this scrooge! Thankfully a Rays field reporter saw this and made it right by gifting her a baseball from the team. Now, imagine being this guy who took the ball from the girl! His face is being plastered all over social media! I’m sure he doesn’t give a damn. Classless~
