I’ll freely admit, I’m not in shape. I can remember back when I was in my 20’s and 30’s…hell I had a six pack! My son and I have been taking karate classes together over the last few months and I love it! It’s helping me get back into shape, but even during the classes, I struggle to do 15 pushups on my knuckles! Watch this showoff who set a new world record for doing a ‘Knuckle Hop’ the longest distance. His name is Chris Stipdonk and he recently competed in the Artic Winter Games in Canada. Chris was able to break the current record by knuckle hopping 217 feet on a hardwood basketball floor! Check him out:
