It happened recently to a couple in Virginia. Frances and Harold Hugh just had their dream wedding seven decades after tying the knot!
The couple, who are both in their 90’s, eloped when they were in their 20’s and never had an “official” wedding! But that changed on their 70th wedding anniversary! They walked down the aisle, they exchanged rings, and they said their “I Do’s”! That’s something they never got to do!
