
I don’t know about you, but I never hop right out of bed when my alarm clock goes off. It takes awhile for me brain the thaw out and I’m usually dragging my tired, old body for the first couple of hours. Maybe I need to try this new trend of jumping up and down, 50 times, every morning. I’m usually doin’ that anyway after I stub my toe! But this is an interesting concept that started last fall and started trending…and now it’s gaining steam once again. Check out the video below and especially read the description. I was skeptical 50 gentle jumps would make a difference, but… After one week, here’s what I noticed: ✨ Surprisingly, my legs feel rested when I GO to bed, not restless. ✨ I wake up without that tingly “feet still asleep” feeling. ✨ My body actually wants to move in the morning…before I get out of bed.
