I like ice cream but I’m not so sure about this unusual combination of soft serve vanilla ice cream, dipped into melted butter! A grocery store chain on the east coast called Stew Leonard’s recently experimented with these two items and shared their findings on social media. CEO, Stew Leonard Jr., shows us below how they created it, even adding a touch of salt at the end. I know what you’re probably thinking, “THIS IS A HEART ATTACK WAITING TO HAPPEN!!”. Yea, not many doctors would endorse dipping your ice cream cone in melted butter. But mark my word, this will be coming to the Indiana State Fair.
