Colonoscopies are important, and a little uncomfortable and embarrassing at the same time. So a woman posted on Twitter earlier this week that her mom was scheduled to get one today (Thursday September 8th). Her dad thought it would be funny to write a note that reads, “I’ve been trying to reach you regarding your car’s extended warranty” and then tuck the paper in the crack of her butt for the doctor and nurses to find during the procedure (hey, levity during a smelly checkup isn’t such a bad idea!). So the mom agreed, IF her daughter posted about it on Twitter and received 10,000 ‘likes’. So far, she’s up to 8,891 and is almost there! Twitter users, come on!…click on tweet below and give it a like! I’ve personally had a couple of colonoscopies and they’re not exactly a day at the beach! Oh, and now they’re saying instead of putting the paper in her crack (because that’s so immature, I guess), they will WRITE the message on her mom’s buttocks!
My mom’s getting a colonoscopy on Thursday. My dad said she should stick a piece of paper in her butt crack that says, “I’ve been trying to reach you regarding your car’s extended warranty.” I told her if this gets 10K likes, she has to do it. She agreed. Internet: Do your thing.
