November 19th, 2004 is a date Pacers fans would rather forget. It was that fateful game where Ron Artest snapped and went into the stands to fight a Pistons fan. And, a very ugly brawl broke out between players on both teams. Now, that story is being told in a 5 part docuseries on Netflix, starting next Tuesday August 10th. We finally get to hear from Artest himself, along with Reggie Miller, Jermaine O’Neal and others who were there. Again, this will forever go down in NBA history as thee ugliest incident that left a black eye on the league for some time. I’m in, can’t wait to hear what our former Pacers players say about the ‘Malice At The Palace’ next week.
It’s been called “the most infamous brawl in NBA history” — the Indiana Pacers vs. the Detroit Pistons vs…THE FANS.
