Every Friday around 10:25am, Steve Stuart will run to the basement, dodge the spider webs and the ghosts, and bring back a 45 you haven’t heard in a while….you know, sparkin’ those memories with a melody…
Today’s 45 was Badfinger’s “Day After Day”. A tune that went to #4 on the charts back in 1971.
Badfinger was actually one of the first bands to sign with the Beatle’s label, Apple Records, and got to know the Fab Four very well. This tune actually features George Harrison on guitar, and he even produced it.
Enjoy!
