Alice Cooper was interviewed recently and he was discussing what he tells his band members before they join, or sign up to go out on the road with him.
He promises or guarantees 3 things:
1) Money…..of course. Most hired guns get a percentage or set fee for every show, and it’s usually great money.
2) An opportunity to see the world. Yeah, a lot of tours will take you overseas and give you the opportunity to see places you’ve never imagined.
