Many have speculated as to the future of Heart after a huge family riff back in 2016. It was pretty serious that involved allegations of assault between family members backstage at a Heart concert. Since then, the Wilson sisters have spent much of their time on solo efforts. Time (and distance) heals all wounds, right? Nancy has her debut solo album, ‘You And Me’ set to be released in just a couple of weeks. And Ann has been releasing singles that could be part of an upcoming album. So it’s not like they’ve just been sitting around the house, bored out of their minds. I mean other bands have proven that taking a break from one another can be a very good thing. It’s worked for Aerosmith, Eagles and others. But what we’ll never truly know are the private conversations between Ann and Nancy over that very unfortunate 2016 incident. Not only are these two sisters, but they’ve been in the same band since 1967. Hard to just throw all of that away. I would imagine they’ve even sought some therapy for their family or if nothing else, the two of them, in hopes of moving beyond the past. In a recent interview with Kyle Meredith, Ann opens up about her current projects and the future of Heart.
