Most pet owners know that unbelievable bond between pet and owner. But when your sweet dog or cat passes away and crosses, ‘Rainbow Bridge’, it can be unbearable. Well now you can remember and honor your fallen pet on an actual Rainbow Bride in Johnson County. As you’ll see in the report below from WTHR, not only is the bridge painted in rainbow colors, but it’s an actual bridge where you can attach your pet’s collar or photos. What a great idea and a beautiful way to honor those special family members who are no longer with us, but will forever be in our hearts. I’d love to see other communities follow and repaint bridges in other counties here in Indiana, inviting residents to remember their pets~
