Time for students to head back to school…or for one fifth grader, a pitstop to JAIL?! Well, sort of. A Colorado mom named Amanda was excited to send her son off for his first day of school and simply wanted a quick photo. Apparently that’s when Colton threw a fit and refused! So Amanda spotted a police officer on the way to school and flagged him down. She informed the cop what her stubborn fifth grader was doing and asked for a little help. The officer obliged, turning on his emergency lights on his car and even handcuffing young Colton! Now of course he wasn’t arresting the kid, but instead, embarrassing him for not complying with his mother’s request. The cop supposedly told Colton, “refusing your mom a first-day-of-school picture is, in fact, against the law.” I LOVE THIS COP! Check out the photos that Amanda posted on social media (bringing on further humiliation). Let this be a lesson to Indiana kids as they head back to school this week~
