A Southern California neighborhood, where houses on average cost approximately $3 million dollars, has a mysterious orange liquid oozing up through it’s drainage system?
And residents are concerned to say the least! The ooze is staining cars and homes, it’s creating slippery conditions, and folks are worried that someone could be seriously hurt!
