Wedding season. Have you been to any yet this year?
We’ve all been at weddings or seen movies where we’ve heard the traditional line: “If anyone objects, speak now or forever hold your peace.”
But, have you ever been at a wedding where anyone actually objects?
It happens! Saw an article recently where folks online were talking about the times when they witnessed a REAL, LIVE OBJECTION!
Here’s some examples:
1. One woman said, “My aunt stood up and said she didn’t want to continue the family with a man like him. The bride ran off crying. They didn’t get married that day, but ended up having a private ceremony later and are still together.”
2. One person said, “A lightning bolt stopped my friend’s wedding right at that moment, but they started again later.”
3. Someone said, “His ex showed up, saying she still loved him and not to do this. The best part was: In the middle of all the drama, the mother of the groom came at her, reached for her hair, pulled her down, and dragged her on the floor all the way to the door, not saying a single thing.
