You could flip homes, find and re-sell vintage items, maybe buy an abandoned storage unit and see what’s in there, but some people are trying a new side-hustle:
Dumpster Diving.
Especially around college campuses this time of year. Think about it! The students are heading home for the year and they’re ditching all kinds of valuable stuff like furniture, clothing, electronics, and appliances! And a lot of this stuff is less than a year old!
