And saw an article earlier where someone on Reddit asked teachers the following question:
“What is the funniest/dumbest thing a student has ever said or done?”
And some of the responses:
- One teacher was explaining how dangerous UV rays are in sunlight and a student asked: “If the sun is so dangerous, why did we build it?
- Another student wrote an essay on one of the most important inventions of the Industrial Revolution. She chose the tin can. Specifically, the telecommunication applications of the tin can and string.
- And finally, another teacher mentioned she had a student put a thermometer in the middle of a bunsen burner to “see how hot the fire was”.
