A new study found that sending emojis at work aren’t doing anything to help your image. In fact, they might be hurting it.
Positive emojis, you know, like a smiley face or a thumbs up, are OK to send, but they don’t really add much. Positive emojis are fine with positive messages, but plain text still comes across as the most professional.
